The aspirant should have experience in handling the business of pharma packaging materials, drug delivery devices and medical devices. Should possess fair understanding of the regulatory and technical requirements of the drug delivery devices and pharma packaging materials.
The aspirant should have experience in independently handling the machines, utilities and electrical equipment of a medium to large size plastic moulding company. Candidate having experience in handling the cleanroom manufacturing area will be preferred
Aspirant should have experience in handling fully hot runner, semi hot runner multi cavity injection moulds and injection blow moulds
Responsible for testing the RM, PM & FG, reviewing the calibration records of the instruments, reviewing the QC test protocols , cleaning records and instruments logbooks, reviewing daily quality reports, maintaining the laboratory as per SOP and cGMP protocols.
Responsible for supervising the implementation of GMP standards in the manufacturing process, ensure the objectives of the organization to deliver quality products, reviewing the validation documents, batch records, and IPQC reports. Preparation and review of SOP’s, Maintain QA documents (CAPA, Costumer complaint, Change control, deviation etc
