The genesis of Flexid coincided with the aspirations of new India to emerge as the manufacturing hub of the world. We envision that the identity of India as the pharmacy of the world coupled with the presence of highest number of USFDA approved drug manufacturing facilities outside the USA demands large capabilities and scalability of the eco-system. Flexid embarked on building a 55,000 Sq ft ready to use infrastructure scalable by three times. The facility is spread in 10,000 Sq mtrs well developed, sector specific Medical Devices Park near Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Flexid began its operations with Injection moulding, Injection Blow moulding and Extrusion blow molding capabilities under one roof in Class D Cleanroom environment. The manufacturing processes are highly automated with the latest generation equipment, utilities and auto-defect detection systems. The products and processes are filed with USFDA and Health Canada for Type III DMF. The facility provides highly automated and advanced post-molding special purpose machines (SPMs) like three component Cap & Wad assembly machine, Four colour Pad printing machine (Morloc), Two component Barrel and plunger assembly cum pouch packing machine for drug delivery devices.
